Using Finanquill

Use the service only for work you are authorized to manage. Keep share links private to intended recipients. Do not upload unlawful content, impersonate others, probe other accounts, or use the service to send spam. You retain ownership of your content and permit the service to process it to provide these features.

Plans and payments

The free plan has the limits shown in Account. Paid subscriptions, when enabled, show their price and billing interval at checkout. They renew until cancelled through the billing portal. Access follows the paid subscription period. Contact support for billing problems or refund requests; applicable consumer rights are unaffected.

Execuown early-access pricing

One app is $5 USD/month or these four apps are $15 USD/month through Execuown. Keep your original monthly rate while that subscription remains active, including after v1.0. Cancelled subscriptions, new purchases, and plan changes use the price offered at that time. Taxes are separate. Read the full Execuown pricing terms.

Client decisions and reminders

Client responses record a typed name, decision, and timestamp. This is not identity verification or a qualified electronic signature service. Check important agreements independently. Calendar reminders depend on your calendar software; review deadlines and do not rely on this service as your sole notice mechanism.

Availability and data

Features may change and interruptions may occur. Export your records regularly. We do not promise a specific financial outcome. You can export or delete your workspace in Account. Contact support if you need help ending your use of the service.

Invoice email

Paid Finanquill and suite plans include up to 50 invoice emails per calendar month when sender setup is enabled. One invoice can be emailed per approved change request. Check the recipient, amount, seller details and payment instructions before sending. Sending does not collect payment or prove delivery. No tax is calculated; use this feature only when no additional tax is due. Submitted invoices are locked to prevent accidental changes and duplicate sends.

The free plan includes 3 change requests and 1 project; the paid plan includes 250 of each. Existing records remain readable and exportable.
